This isn’t quite in the same boat as other questions here, but I’m 19 and way too paranoid (though recently for good reason, as police are stepping up and bringing down party after party). If I’m at a party but I haven’t had anything to drink, is there anything illegal I’m doing (assuming I’ve got nothing in my pockets), or do you need to pop positive on the breathalyzer to be arrested?
