Nutrient Burn? (Pictures)

Well I know I have started a lot of threads lately but I am not getting the answers I am looking for. I just got a better camera so hopefully these pics will do justice. So based on the following info and the pictures, Does this plant look burned? I am just worried that it’s going to die. I guess I need a little reassurance please.;)

1. Are you growing from seed or clones? Seeds.
2. How old are your plants? 3 weeks.
3. How tall are your plants? 1-2 inches.
4. What type of hydro system are you using? DWC.
5. What brand/type of nutrients are you using? Botanicare Pure Blend.
6. What is the Ph of your nutrient solution? 6.0
7. What is the PPM/EC of your tap water? 225
8. What is the PPM/EC of your nutrient solution? 630.
9. What is the temperature of your nutrient solution? 71.7
10. Does your PPM/EC show a rise or fall when you do your daily PPM check? Rise.
11. Does your pH show a rise or fall when you do your daily check? Fall.
12. Do you foliar feed or spray your plants with anything? Nothing.
13. What kind of lights do you use and how many watts combined? (HPS, MH, fluorescent, halogen, incandescent "plant lights") Three 26 Watt CFL’s
14. How close are your lights to the plants? 7-8 inches.
15. What size is your grow space in square feet?
16. What is the temperature and humidity in your grow space? 73 degrees with 42% RH.
17. Have you noticed any insect activity in your grow space? Nope.
18. How much experience do you have growing? First time hydro.
